I'm just wondering what kind of snacks you all give your kids. Lyss seems to be sick of the stuff we normally eat....fish, apples, cereal, crackers. I need some new ideas!! Thanks!

MAN DOWN!

The stomache flu has been going around our area. Knowing this, I was extra careful about sanitizing hands after beiing in the store and staying away from Shopko, as all of them had except Jake. Well, WE'VE BEEN HIT! except Jake.....He must have one heck of an immune system!! Anyway, it all started Monday night at 10:30 when we heard Lyssie gagging and coughing. We went in her room and she had thrown up, but had kept it on her pillow, which is now in the landfill. From 10:30 that night till 7 the next morning, she threw up every half hour. She went through 4 sets of jammies, the bedding of the bed me and her were sleeping in, 2 pairs of clothes for me, and numerous towels. Yesterday, I was sick with her. I however never threw up....just wanted to. She didn't throw up yesterday at all, but this morning she had some juice and promptly burped it up on me. I have willed myself better today and got all the bedding and such washed. I believe we are on the up swing now! Well wishes to all of you and may all your sanitizing and staying away from us work!

Fun with Cousins!

Two weeks ago Lyssie and I made the trip to Idaho. Jake was going on a campout that weekend and I wanted to get a few things for YW. We had a great time suprising Grandma and Grandpa. I never told my mom and dad that we were coming, only SHerida knew. So we got there at 7:00 P.M. on a Tuesday and snuck up to the front door and rang the bell. My mom answered it and started screaming and crying and laughing. It was way funny! We did the same thing to Grandma Great, who Alyssa hasn't stopped talking about since then!

One night my mom was putting curlers in her hair, so I started putting some in her hair.

This Sunday at church she saw her friend Linzy in front of us. Linzy was standing on the bench and Lyss says," Sit down Linzy" really loud!
