When I was home in October I remembered to take a picture of Dane with Grandma Great! Somehow he didn't get in any with her the last time we were there.

Alyssa had hat day at school so everyone had to have a hat.

We went trick-or-treating at Shopko, then had our traditional JAck-o-Lantern pizza from Papa Murphys, Went trunk-or-treating, and then made the loop in our neighborhood. We went to Lyssie's school and watched her in their "book" parade. Her class was "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" and she was the letter E. Jake took pics on his phone so maybe someday I'll get those!

4 Months Old....And now 5!

Dane is a big guy! HIs 4 month stats are: 19.6 lbs (95%) and 26.5 inches long (90%)

We started solid foods and guess what.....he hates them! I am just baffled because the girls were all over solid food. Dane purses his little lips together and starts to spit as soon as the spoon hits his lips. ( He takes medicine this way too. GRRRRRR) So we keep trying and sometimes he'll eat and sometimes he won't. He is sitting up all by himself and loves it! He has rolled over a couple of times buut nothing consistent. He laughs so easily and is generally a super happy baby.

 Hallie and Dane spend alot of time together while Lyss is at school. Hallie loves to hold him, but thinks she is big and tries to move him around and stuff. YIKES.

 This was the very first try of solids....Rice cereal.

IT'S HALLIE!

Look at this girl....holy cow she's 3. She all of the sudden grew up. FOr her birthday she woke up with a fever at the Tanner Grandparent's, then got to ride in a car for the whole day. Lucky girl huh! But by the time we got home she seemed to be feeling better.....maybe it was the birthday decorations and presents that healed her!

 

She randomly asked for a strawberry Shortcake birthday cake. Thank you pintrest for the idea!

She got doll houses and little people....a car and a bus! THey have been a huge hit with her and Lyss. STILL!

She is so smart and says the funniest and profound things for a 3 year old. The other day she started talking about when she gets big and living with me. I jokingly told her she wasn't going to live with me. Well this led to a serious conversation about her getting married and wanting to live by Lyssie. I was really sweet. We love our HAllie Cat!
