First BIg Girl Bike

The other day was a beautiful spring day. A perfect day for riding a bike. SO I broke down and went and got Lyssie a new big girl bike! She loves it! I couldn't wait for her birthday because we have so much nice weather (usually) before June.

This was my lame attempt to do anything for St. Patty's Day....I was going to make green pancakes for breakfast, but I forgot it was the day! So we did it for dinner. Ya like the GREEN PEAS to tie it all together???!

Hallie Cat

Hallie LoVES to pretend she's a kitty! She'll crawl around on the floor meowing and when you pick her up, you have to hold her on her belly like you hold a cat. It's hilarious! OUr sweet little Hallie Cat!

SpRInG sPrUNg....for the day

YAY for 50* weather and NO RAIN! I truly do LOVE spring! It's so refreshing...AAAHHH! Hallie loved the park! She was so brave and went on the big twisty slide all by herself....mostly because I went to check on Lyss and when I came back she was going down! I think I'm much less paranoid with her than I was with Lyss....and she did AWESOME!





I just have to say that I love that my girls love me and want to be with me....I complain about that some, but honestly who doesn't want to be someones hero???!!! I hope that they will be my buddies when they're in their teens.....I'm pretty sure I'll cry if they don't want to be with me. I loved being with my mom and I want them to have that kind of relationship with me!

Dinner & A Movie

We have kind of a tradition that on Friday night we have something for dinner that we can easily eat on the living room floor while we watch a movie. Alyssa loves this change from the norm! Chips and 7 layer dip is one of our favorites!

Hallie got her tubes in a week ago. She never acted like anything happened! She was playing like normal and hour later....thats when we got home! They took her at 7:50 AM and the Dr. came in and told me she was done at 8:05 and they brought her back to me at 8:15! So fast! Everything is going well with them as far as I know, but tubby time is stressful for me because she doesn't have her ear plugs yet so we're just using vasaline covered cotton balls. I'm so scared of getting water in them.

The weather has been a little warmer the past few days so we've enjoyed going outside and playing. I can't wait for spring!
