HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAKE!!!
Yesterday was Jake's big 30th Birthday! I think he had an alright day.....It started off with me making him breakfast. He definantly doesn't get that kind of special treatment everyday!!! Then he went to work. He got off at 4 and at 5:30 we went to dinner. Then at 7 we had a bunch of people over for cake and played the Wii. I love him so much even though he's an old man now!!!!

Lyssie's funny words
Alyssa has been saying the funniest, random things lately. Here are a few that I am remebering right now:
~One night when we were at Jake's parent's house, Lyss woke up in the night and wanted in bed with us. So I put her in the bed and then went to the bathroom. While I was gone, she started trying to push Jake out of the bed with her feet saying,
"Get out daddy!"
~She has heard the word fart a few times.....I don't know where she heard it:), but she repeats it all the time. So we have had talks with her about how we don't say fart, we say toot. So now at random times she will say, "I don't say fart, I say toot." It is so funny and hard to keep a straight face
~The other day Jake got home from work and we were eating dinner. I can't rememeber if he made Lyss mad or what, but she told him he needed to get dressed and go back to work.
~She loves to be outside and loves it even more when she gets to play in water in her swimming suit. Today she woke up at 6:45 and by 7:15 was telling us that she needed to get her swimming suit on and go out.

Reunion Time!
On our way to the reunion, we stopped at a sinclair gas station and Lyssie loved this dinosaur!

On Friday when we were camping, It started raining at around 11 in the morning and didn't stop until like 6 that night. We aren't talking a little drizzle. It was a down pour! We went into a cabin a Jake started wrestling.

All the grandkids...Ranging from almost 21 to almost 1!

Lyssie is going to be quite a little fisherwoman! She loved it!During the rain, we went swimming at the hotel. The same person owns the hotel and the little cabins we stayed in so it worked well!
