The other night, after I had gotten Lyss already for bed, we were downstairs and she was just pattering around. She went over by the door and found one sandle. She brought it to Jake and had him put it on her. Then she went and got her church shoe, (suprisingly enough the other foot!) and had Jake put that one on. Then she came and grabbed my hand and took me to the door cause she wanted to go out. So we went for a walk around our house and she was satisfied! I just thought it was too cute!
Alyssa with her hair all flipped out. I did it with the curling iron. It was pretty cute, but didn't last long!
Jake got his first pay check today!!!!!!YEA!!!!
Any suggestions on how to deal with tantrums and how to get kids to eat? I am needing any advice I can get!!!

It's not the best advice for getting them to eat, but it works great for us, if I let him watch a show during it, and i can slide whatever veggies or fruits I want in his mouth. But it is definitly a habit now. I need help with the tantrums and I wishI knew how to make him feed himself better!
Congrats on the pay check! YEA! As for advise, Karter eats best when we pretend to have a restraunt and he helps me cook. (Yes, it takes longer, but he always seems to eat better when he has helped make the food). This might not work until Alyssa is a bit older, so sorry I can't be of more help. We also give Karter his meal and if he doesn't eat it, he doesn't get any snacks. Many times he'll decide he's hungry later on and will eat the meal we've saved for him. Good luck!
