I thought this pic was way cute of Lyss, Britta and my mom. It was when they came out in April and we were at the Whitman MIssion. They are walking on the "ORegon Trail". I say it that way because it may not acutally be right where the trail was, but within a few feet....inside joke with she and Sherida!Anyway things have been crazy!(HEnce the no new post forever!) Alyssa is having seperation issues....she has a hard time going to bed, like she won't, she won't go to nursery, she even cried the other day when I had my friend, who she loves, tend her. Any advice on this? I am out of ideas.
She came to the Dr. with me today. I figured it was a pee in a cup, take your wait and blood pressure and listen to the hear beat kind of appointment, so we wouldn't be long. She did so good and loved to hear the heart beat. The baby is already wild like Alyssa. The Dr. was having a hard time keeping on the heart beat because it was moving so much! Lyss wants a baby sister and thinks Britta is going to have a baby sister too. So if Sherida has a girl....Lyssie may be on to something!

Ooh the separation thing-- never fun! Seems to happen to everyone- but more (i think any way) to moms that are home all the time-- I guess love it (or tolerate it) while its here- at some point-- she will be all grown up and will think she doesn't need you any more! Good to hear the baby is doing good!
That is a cute picture. Good luck on the separation issues- I haven't really dealt with that and don't have any good ideas for you. I'm thinking I haven't yet congratulated you on your great news, so CONGRATULATIONS! So exciting!
So separation issues...its just a phase. Just wait til the baby comes...more issues to come. :)
Anyway, love the picture. I have to tell you, I just love your mother. She calls EVERY year on my birthday and sings happy birthday to me. This year I was not too happy and she totally made me laugh and made my day. She is so cool!
