GIRLS SHOPPING TRIP!!!!
So I've decided to start a tradition that every year before school starts me and my girls will take a trip and do school shopping and stay in a hotel and such. This year we ventured all the way to Tri-Cities....Which on the way home was too long of a drive for Alyssa!
Our first stop was Kohls where they picked up their stellar shades on clearance. I had Alyssa try on 4 outfits and she could pick her faovrite 2. She was so cute trying them on! She seemed so big and grown up....almost made me cry!
Then we stopped at Red Robin for some desert.
Then onto the HOTEL to SWIM!!! The main point of our adventure! I was asking Lyss today what her favorite part of the trip was and she said it was the swimming and that she wished we could have swam more. So next year we'll make more time for swimming!
Our room had 2 queen beds, but of course we all ended up in the same one. Lyss loves watching TV in bed. She must be her father's daughter! And Hallie must be mine.....sound asleep!
We survived the night! But we almost didn't make it through breakfast.....I've never seen so many people trying to eat at the exact same time in the morning! A sweet old couple stayed at this table till we got our food and saved it for us.
It was a fun trip! It was great to spend some time with just the girls....even though I missed my little guy! So here's to next year!!!!
