We will not be homeowners after all. The house was going into foreclosure, and the bank decided that they would rather continue the foreclosure process rather than accept our offer. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but it is what it is. But all is well that ends well!!

So weird! I had a friend in Waitsburg that just had the same thing happen...whats up with these stupid banks???? Let's see forclose or payment...I don't get it. Well keep searching it's a buyers market (or so I'm told, although it does not seem so to me). GOOD LUCK!
